Construction of a new dwelling house located near Ballymaloe House between Cloyne & Shanagarry, Co. Cork.

The dwelling comprises two bedrooms, open plan kitchen / living area, garage / games room, bathroom, WC and circulation space.

Overseen by Architects Keith McMullen & Associates and finished to the highest standards, the project was completed on time and within budget.

Constructed in a style sympathetic to the surrounding area with a heavy emphasis on traditional materials such as stone cladding, lime plastering and an exposed oak frame, the project also involved the landscaping of the site which measures in excess of 1 hectare.

The landscaping elements included traditional dry stone walling, paving, an all weather tennis court and significant soft landscaping works.
