The refurbishment of the old library building, located on St. Mary's Road, Cork City has been successfully completed and the HSE have now taken occupation of the building.

This project, involving the construction of a new dwelling house with significant landscaping elements, has been handed over on time and within budget.

The works involved the construction of a new cottage in the traditional style and included stone walling, lime plastering and new energy effiicient servicie installations.

New Offices for HSE

Work has commenced on the refurbishment of the old library building at St. Mary's Road in Cork City.

The six week project - valued at €150,000.00 - involves the fit out of new offices, clinical rooms and ancilarry space for the HSE.
